made it into Iteration 4! Probably could have finished it out if I had a little more time. Got caught up on vote_counts until I started using flat_map. Had to re-familiarize myself with how to properly use (&:candidates) as well. Had some difficulties determining the correct expect statements in my spec tests. But in the end it came together nicely!
