Mac App Store
I could write a book about the Mac App Store (and I'm sure several people have).

The "What's New in This Version" text box is funny. It's not HTML, as it will tell you if you try to submit that. It's not plain text, either. It refuses any text with the < or > characters, even if they're not used as HTML markup. It accepts &-entities, though named entities are escaped, while numbered entities are not. For example, I had this in my release notes:
...now recognizes all valid HTML entity names, like "•". Previously, it only handled numeric codepoints like "•".
which appeared in the Mac App Store looking like:
...now recognizes all valid HTML entity names, like "•". Previously, it only handled numeric codepoints like "•".
so be careful (or have fun) with these.
