Use Finder connect to server as described in http://www.serverlab.ca/tutorials/osx/administration-osx/how-to-connect-mac-os-x-to-nfs-shares/
As of today, using macOS Sierra, 10.12.6, NFS client is running. Just connecting to the server is OK. One thing is to run the NFS server with UID/GID matching.
