Added:

• Ignore system files for MacOS and editor configurations for VS Code and PyCharm

Modified:

• Rename filenames to avoid special characters and spaces
• Rename filenames to make them unique from the template file

Deleted:

• Delete boilerplate files from document folders
• Remove unused files (system files, editor configs, and the odd markdown file)

All changes look great to me.

It might be a good idea to add some style guide in documentation somewhere for some of these things like A) relevant file names, B) no spaces/special chars in filenames.
