updated viz.js from 1.8.2 to 3.11.0

Hi,

Changes:

• Updated wiz.js version
• Fized call to pass the parameters

Description:
I was creating a diagram in the web on https://magjac.com/graphviz-visual-editor/ and the result didn't look the same when trying to get it run in RStudio / Bookdown.
Since viz.js was outdated it would not support all features and the result would look different.
related:

• Engine option always uses 'dot' #398
  • I tested the example test.gv and it works now
• Fix incorrect args being passed into viz.js #419
  • @jefshe Changed the viz call to make sure the render engine would be correctly passed instead of using dot always
  • This was later undone because it broke dm (see below)
  • The change is reimplemented now
• "Error: Layout was not done" when drawing dm objects #458
  • that was the Issue why the above pr was undone with Revert "Fix incorrect args being passed into viz.js" #459
  • I can render dm with my changes
