Sign up sheet for meetings

To re-use this for meetings:

1. switch to the gh-pages branch
2. open index.html
3. create a new Google Sheet (think it should work for any account)
4. copy Google Sheet ID
5. paste the id: in the YAML
6. update the topic: in the YAML
7. save, commit, and push.
8. Submit PR
