I'm personally using the example docker-compose.yml file
Merged changes from #27. It had some issues with model init, so I fixed that.
Finally, I added a dockerfile. Used UV because of preference.
I'm pretty sure Dockerfile.gpu doesn't work.
Can make any changes to merge if it helps.
