Fixed the code issue with Gateway App
upgraded to Spring Boot 3.4.1, OpenAPI 2.8.3, Cloud 2024.0.0
allow Open AI UI on each Business app, not just API.
Added the versions of OpenAI in Parent POM separately for MVC and Flux, thought these were different but seems they are the same, anyhow versions may differ in future ?
