Refine #1701 slightly to avoid misunderstandings - see https://community.openhab.org/t/the-method-getzoneddatetime-from-the-type-datetimetype-is-deprecated/160763/15

Don't mention getInstant(). Although in some situations it's preferable to use, it is not a direct replacement.
Mention DSL rules, because this is where the users are impacted.
Provide full example with ZoneId.systemDefault().
