## Content rules

Expand Down Expand Up @@ -44,8 +44,10 @@ Appeals will be routed to a dedicated queue upon receipt. Depending on the type

When a user prevails in their appeal, we will inform the user, and the prior action against their content or their account will be reversed. When a reporter prevails in their appeal, we will inform both the user and the reporter, and will take action against the content that violated our rules, according to the applicable policy.

We may stop processing appeals for up to 6 months from anyone we find has repeatedly submitted appeals that either contain abusive language or that are entirely without support.

If you disagree with the outcome of our internal appeals process and are based in the EU, you can bring your concerns to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.

## Abusive reporters
## Unfounded reports

Where a reporter regularly submits reports that have no basis, we will stop processing their reports. They will be routed to a special queue, and will not be reviewed.
Persistent submission of unfounded reports will result in the revocation of reporting privileges for up to 6 months. When submitting a report, please make sure there is an actual violation of our policies or the law.
