Create open Vihko form for porpoises

Specs

• Show only simple blue header/navigation bar: like on Laji.fi but without navigation links. So inlcude Laji.fi logo, language selection and Login link/user name
• Pretty URL, e.g. laji.fi/pyoriaiset or something.laji.fi/pyoriaiset
• Mobile first
  • Works on small screen & touch, including the map
  • Get location from GPS
• Include preliminary fields, list below
• Include help text for notes field: "Anna mahdollisimman yksityiskohtainen kuvaus havaintotilanteesta ja eläimen/eläinten käyttäytymisestä (miten kiinnitit huomion, uintitapa, pinnallaolo/sukellukset, liikkumissuunta jne.) "
• Group specified fields into sections, for better usability
• Connect to open form login system, which is done in task Set up open form login system #709
• Save observations to a specific collection. Create a test collection if needed.
• After form is submitted, show a thank you page, which shows custom heading and text (which can include links)
