Preliminary specs and things to be decided

This affects tasks #708 and #709

To decide / specify

• Porpoise form, or whale form with taxon selection
  • Which taxa to include, e.g. "valaslaji", "delfiinilaji"
• Which collection data goes to
• How quality control / moderation is done
  • Where it's done, if observations are not visible on Laji.fi
  • or are observations marked as uncertain by default
• Is there delay in publishing
• Fields needed. OL is working on this.
• How fields are grouped for usability, e.g. weather, observation conditions

• Language: Finnish and Swedish.
