Repository for the scripts of the 'The outer membrane proteins OmpA, FhuA, OmpF, EstA, BtuB and OmpX have unique lipopolysaccharide fingerprints' paper (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/448274v1.abstract)

Requirements

The requirements for these scripts are listed in the Travis .yml file. Most of these scripts should work in python 3, but not all of them have been tested.
