Add contribution 'timer':

  • Matlab-compatible superclass allowing to add new properties dynamically.

Dear Octave package maintainers,
here is a contribution for a timer class which works similarly as in Matlab.

I have formatted the documentation in the style of Octave texinfo, and added a test at the end of the timer.m file.

Thanks for your work !
Emmanuel.

Thank you for your new package contribution @farhi 👍 I will add you to the GitHub Organization so you can release any updates without having to wait for another Octave Package maintainer.

That's great, thank for your confidence !
I have a few ideas about handling events in classdef. This is definitively missing, but the parsing is done properly. The items are surprisingly not propagated in the meta.class Events.
