feat(tm2/pkg/iavl): add FuzzIterateRange and modernize FuzzMutableTree

This change hooks MutableTree fuzzing to Go's native fuzzing that's more intelligent and coverage guided to mutate inputs instead of naive random program generation.
While here also added FuzzIterateRange.
