chore: Remove markdown/highlighting.go and directly use goldmark-highlighting

gno.land/pkg/gnoweb/markdown/highlighting.go was copied from the lib https://github.com/yuin/goldmark-highlighting "to avoid having to update it". But the lib is not changing. So, remove highlighting.go and directly use github.com/yuin/goldmark-highlighting/v2 . (This will also allow dependabot to update other indirect dependencies.)
