- Add order comment in detail backend view of an order (fixes {orderItem.comment} missing in backend module #358)
- Improve styling of label of tax identification number (missed in Show taxIdentificationNumber in email template #355)

Show the comment which a customer can enter during the checkout process of an order. Fixes extcode#358
Styling the label of the tax identification number bold as done with other labels.
