feat: reduce the cache size of the lfu in manager

Description

This pull request includes a small change to the manager/config/constants.go file. The change reduces the default size for the LFU cache.

• manager/config/constants.go: Reduced the DefaultLFUCacheSize from 100 * 1000 to 50 * 1000.
