Settings Panel

By default, the enrichment is performed with the following parameters:

1. Organism : Homo Sapiens
2. Gene ID column: name
3. Type of testing correction method: g_SCS
4. Adjusted p-value threshold : 0.05
5. Should we exclude electronic annotations or not : True

You can change the parameter values before running a query in the Settings Panel. To save the parameters, you should click on OK.
