Set a default timeout of 30s to avoid crc to hang on commands waiting on API response

could you please add this PR description to the commit description as well

and the CI jobs are failing with the error:

pkg/crc/daemonclient/client.go:28: File is not `gofmt`-ed with `-s` (gofmt)
			Timeout: 30 * time.Second,
make: *** [Makefile:265: cross-lint] Error 1
