Feat: role selection and input dropdowns for volunteer preferences

🥐 Description

• Role selection (isHost, isPerformer) and pushing to the required screen if isPerformer is true
• Adding input dropdowns to questions for volunteer preferences for grouping, genre, and typeOfAct.

• Split preferences page --> show and performer preferences
• Standardized general/performer/show screens to mid-fis
• Changed routing so it follows the figma
• OnboardingContext + submit query changes for submission
• Minor style changes for input dropdown
