Description of changes:
Currently, lambda-aurora-serverless creates an Aurora Serverless v1 cluster. Now that the Data API is available for Aurora Serverless v2, but PostgreSQL only, this new pattern creates a PostgreSQL Aurora Serverless v2 cluster.
