This includes a few improvements:

suggestion to run Space Acres right after installation
option (enabled by default) to add Space Acres to startup
.exe on Windows now has an icon built-in
logging in non-debug mode is happening in the child application itself rather than in supervisor on Windows because stdin/out/err are not working there
