This PR fixes some typos, some incorrect links among other things:

  1. Place the contribution, overview and how to ask a good question into a category / topic.
  2. Add support for icons in topics / pages
  3. Adds the server software guide (almost done)
  4. Fixes incorrect guide for Steps in contribution

Note: all that is left to do is the non-java server software which should be done tomorrow
