The goal of 0.9 is fit and finish. Updating and fleshing out tutorials. Making sure documentation is of a very high-standard (adding diagrams and illustrations for example).

Release 0.9 is essentially the first 1.0 release candidate, with any 0.9.x releases fixes issues found.
