I haven't run it but this looks good at a glance!

A couple small things -
The infores catalog has moved here. Normally we might need to make a PR there to add a new infores identifier, but clingen already exists so we are probably good to go with that.

It would be great if we could implement get_latest_source_version() to return a more meaningful version. Does the evidence repository api expose a version for the data we could use?
