Fix CI Cleanup script

Description

Refined the use of the find function for deleting old CI run directories. Now the CI will recursively delete directories. Eliminating errors.

Fixes #305

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested on command line, will know it works for sure after this is merged and it runs.
