Super cool! I will wait with merging until we also have an example on the ESPHome side I think so people can then actually use it! |

This is a work in progress, just for your information.
My goal is to send sensor data via Json over UART to ESP32 - not like the example firmware that uses PacketSerial which is harder to read on the ESPHome side.
btw. thanks for this great projects, really cool. I hope to find enough time to keep working on this and contribute.
Feel free to merge or wait until I have a bit more. I also plan to PR to the ESPHome repo, for examples on the ESPHome side, how to read the data into sensors.
