- moved the old pamm exec for mac in a dedicated folder
- added a new precompiled exec for ubuntu in the dedicated folder
- small changes in the Makefile for pamm (removed warnings for release)
- .gitkeep in ./gmplabtools/pamm/bin/ is no more needed
- updated the setup.py accordingly
- updated the README with the informations on the precompiled pamm executables
