This release updates the handling of the the list of tables and the list of figures in the table of contents. The incorrect page was being shown in the ToC when these lists were more than one page. Minor updates were also made to the template chapters and appendices to fix typos, clarify content, and increase the number of tables and figures so that their lists were multiple pages.

This is the version published on Overleaf on 10/1/2024.
