predictionimage.npy is empty

Hi,
I have trained the unet, and generated the unet.hdf5, but when I load the model and use it to predict the lunge images in test data set, it generated the predictive mask images, but I have found the prediction image is black and there are no nodules can be found in the in the prediction images.
So, could you pls help to give me some suggestions? Thanks!

I also meet this problem,all the predictions are black,and the mean loss is 0.3
