Is there any way to know if window size has been changed?

There is probably no cross platform solution.
Looks like it can be done on windows with https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/console/readconsoleinput, WINDOW_BUFFER_SIZE_EVENT and with WaitForSignalObject described here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46658472/non-blocking-readconsoleinput.
On other platforms I have no idea.
