using patched driver only

I wanted to ask that if i only use the patched driver, as in, if i use the patcher to patch normal chrome driver and use it in C# with selenium, is that enough ? and to further expand upon it, yes it does bypass the protection ive tried, but i run into some other issues, related to purchasing on ticketmaster
