Envoyer un mail de confirmation une fois le paiement effectué.

Message : "Paiement ok, Merci."

Possibilité d'utiliser l'api de mailgun : https://github.com/mailgun/mailgun-php

au membre : validation du paiement
- lien vers rtfm.tetalab.org
à ML kernel@ : membre à jour sur sa cotisation
à ML compta@ : paiement d'une cotisation
