Issue description

The name of this charter is a task group charter.

  • Either that should go in a interest group > task group page
  • Or it should be a maintenance group charter

It also says it is a "a Task Group of the Technical Architecture Group (TAG)", while that group is now a Functional subcommittee. TDWG structure is complex. 🙄
