Current behavior

In my projec, there are 14 closed issues with "Assigned" label: https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/issues?q=sort%3Aupdated-desc%20is%3Aissue%20state%3Aclosed%20label%3A%22%F0%9F%93%8D%20Assigned%22

The "corn job" of the assign-issue-action does not remove that label.

Suggested solution

The action should remove the assigned label on all closed issues. It should keep the assignee and should not post any text. (It should just remove the label)

Reason: It feels more clean to have as less labels as possible on an issue.
