Current behavior

Context: Issue is assigned - and someone comments "please assign it to me"

Current behavior: Nothing happens.

Suggested solution

If someone asks to be assigned (via text) and the task is already taken, the action should reply with a text already taken and when its free again.

Side track "please assign it to me" should also trigger a reply for unassigned issues.
