Make iiif_json driver parse lang encodings #616

The iiif_json driver currently returns language encoded values like [{'@value': 'Netherlands', '@language': 'eng'}], with a column name of country. The desired behavior would be for it to return column name country_eng with a value of Netherlands.

This example comes from the Leiden collection.
