Dropdowns in header menu #92

If your menu has a drop down, on mobile it makes all the items show up horizontally. This is happening because of https://github.com/sul-dlss/component-library/blob/main/styles/header.css#L61. It would be good if we could have a not or something on the .dropdown-menu class
