Italics + Right-Align still truncates a bit for some font families/sizes

It depends on the font and the font-size.

I don't think there's a workaround. The browsers really should fix it. I really should check for bugs already submitted (and probably rejected) because there must be some. If not, bugs should be submitted.

It's a low priority because italic number input is an unusual thing to do, and no one has complained.
