Can someone help me with the best Power/Fans settings i want the best fps/Temps for playing AAA games .

Usually default modes (baked into your firmware by manufacturer) are pretty much ok out of the box.

If you are playing GPU heavy games, you can limit CPU a bit (to tackle temps without impacting performance a lot). You can set CPU power limits to something like 35-40W, that's usually enough.

so a few things first:

• what are your current issues with how it's running?
• do you only care about performance or noise and heat too ?

I'll wait for your answers but in the meantime, you're leaving a lot of performance on the table with your setup. Disabling boost on your cpu sets it to 2.5GHz fixed as you can see here https://www.techpowerup.com/cpu-specs/ryzen-9-7945hx.c3027 .
Also, if you're all about performance, why not just max out fans at any temp? I would also experiment with limiting cpu power limit to see if more power gets allocated in games to the gpu. I would also go through the process of undervolting both the cpu and the gpu (use g-helper for cpu and ghelper/afterburner for your nvidia gpu)

• if you want to force a top end on temperatures you can limit those in g-helper in the GPU and Advanced tab. ( you can try 85C for cpu and 80C for gpu)
• specifically in games no modern cpu needs more than 45W so you can limit that which will allow you to re-enable boosting.

it actually did let me enable cpu boost again about to test if it stays at those temps when im actually gaming. I was wondering what realy happens when i set a cpu temp limit ? Why cant i just put it at the lowest >

@annvnaki your CPU will just automatically drop power when it reaches set temp (default one is 96C)

All 3 options

• limiting CPU power directly
• setting CPU temp limit
• disabling boost

Effectively do same thing. They limit power consumption :)

Yes, cause otherwise AMD drivers might override CPU temp limit back to 96C eventually
