Addition of Focus assist feature from armoury crate to ghelper

basically, can you add the focus assist feature from armoury crate to ghelper. I really don’t remember the actual name but it was a function that reduced the brightness of other inactive or unused windows on the desktop. This was a very nifty feature, it really helped with battery savings and I would like you to add it to ghelper. Please consider
