Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a developer, I want to be able to quickly test new changes on example projects.

Describe the solution you'd like
An examples folder that is updated instantly with local Eventrix changes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Migrating Eventrix to a monorepo was considered, but for now, the examples directory will suffice.

A pull request will be created for this feature.
