Multiple categories in post meta to display as drop down #32

When we are displaying the posts in all blog page layouts and we have the categories being displayed in the post meta, we need to create a categories drop down list so that only one category shows at any given point.

Yes... it does not happen often I am sure, but StudioPress sample data has one post that has selected multiple categories. When this happens displaying the post meta looks ugly, I think it would be cool to turn multiple categories in to a drop down bootstrap button style

But how do you decide which category is shown and which are in the dropdown?

I'd say that a button to the right with an arrow (kinda like the slider circle button) could be a nice way to show more, but at first glance I'm not too fond of a dropdown there. Or perhaps, I'm not seeing the proper styling in my mind just yet
