add time each source took to get subdomains

So this is a weird request but hear me out.

Running subfinder -d paypal.com takes 1-3 seconds.

Running subfinder -d paypal.com -all takes 1 minute 30 seconds and gets ~400 subdomains more.

I want to identify the sources that are taking long, so I can remove those specific sources and run a smoother/faster scan without those sources.

Maybe adding -debug and it outputs the time each source took to get the subs? Does it sound crazy?
