Hello,
I wanted to check if it’s possible to configure the customer queue position and average wait time in Chatwoot. We are currently facing significant challenges with our self-hosted Chatwoot setup, as we need a way to automatically inform visitors about their position in the queue and the estimated wait time.
Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
