Additional nutrient to consider enabling: galactose

The nutritional information contained on this product includes Galactose, a type of sugar, in the nutrient list.

I've submitted a value for the galactose content of the product, and that's visible in the product's JSON data:

However, this value does not appear in the nutrient section when editing the product, and Galactose is not autosuggested when searching for non-default nutrient names.

Note: the OpenFoodFacts nutrient taxonomy does include an entry for galactose. However, galactose does not appear to be configured in the Food.pm regional nutrient tables, and I think that might be required if it makes sense to allow editing it.
