Crowdin does not support translating CSS links
as a result, it will keep trying to rewrite ltr on top of rtl

That's some of the pure HTML pages, which include JS/CSS etc. directly, by copying the HTML source, right? It would probably be better to move them to use the normal template mechanism, anyways ....
