This comes from a Slack discussion. It's a very bad time to post this, as the nutrients are currently broken, but I still wanted to get a part of it out of the way.
Changes main name consistency, capitalization, including in English, synonyms, spellings in Portuguese and suggests removing the unsupported pt_pt lines too.
Although there are doubts, the European Portuguese legislation (here) spells with a hyphen, and therefore so does the Portuguese Nutrition Association (here).
