Add support for shrinkflation

Brainstorm

• Add support for shrinkflation
• We need to flag whenever a quantity changes for the same barcode
• We need a way to manually tag a confirmed case of shrinkflation (using the Folksonomy Engine, with a dedicated input and display UI, or possibly Nutri-Patrol)
• We need to link products that are very similar in quantity, do not have the same temporality (using barcode scans)
• We need a way to flag products reported as part of the upcoming law coming in force in France (and products reported by distributors on a volunteer basis)
